Welcome to Spring Creek Elementary, home of the Hawks. Our school motto is “Get Grit, Don’t Quit!” We follow our schoolwide positive behavior program STAR (Show Kindness, Take Responsibility, Act Safely, Ready to Learn). Fun facts: Our student population represents more than 30 countries of origin, and we have a school/community partnership pollinator garden.

Morgan Inhoof was recently recognized for her teaching in the CTCs Agricultural Science program with the PA Association of Agricultural Educators Northern Region Outstanding Agricultural Education Teacher award.
Five State High students presented complex scientific research spanning lantern flies in central Pennsylvania to mountain plants in Colombia during the 4th Annual Advanced Biology Elective Symposium.
Chef Zach Lorber has been named the 2025 Pennsylvania ProStart Educator of Excellence in recognition of his instructional expertise and dedication in leading the Career and Technical Center’s culinary arts program.
The communications team of Nabil Mark and Chris Rosenblum received an impressive total of 14 awards across several categories, showcasing their talent and dedication to effectively communicating with our community.
Although their jobs differ, they share a vital role in our district. They’re proud paraprofessionals, among the 317 employed by the district. Paras are aides who partner with faculty and staff to provide instructional and non-instructional support to students.
SCASD now has community partners to reinforce its elementary positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) program called STAR, standing for Show Kindness, Take Responsibility, Act Safely, and Ready to Learn.
